Mark Davison | Director
I
worked for many years in Africa as an expedition leader but now spend
rather more time driving the office than driving a Land Rover. I'm occasionally
allowed out of the office and have visited Ecuador, Brazil and Tanzania
during 2008.
This year I realised a lifelong ambition and climbed Kili: over the years I've taken many groups there, but events have always conspired against me and I had never actually managed to set foot on the mountain! It was a real pleasure to finaly make the trek. Fantastic mountain, one of the very best treks. It rivals my "15 minutes of fame" which was to lead the expedition that ran Ben Nevis, Sca Fell and Mount Snowdon in 15 hours 28 minutes (way back in 1983!) and that was, for a short time, a Guinness World Record.
I am a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
David Gordon | Director
David
was educated at the Royal Belfast Academical Institution and Queen's University
Belfast. While at university he was a commissioned officer in the TA Corps
of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. David has followed the
Mekong River to Laos, the overland route to Kathmandu and the flight of
the condor throughout the Andes. He is a founding director of Overland
Latin America and advises several well-regarded organisations on expedition
logistics. David is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

key skills include welcoming visitors to the office and boosting office
staff morale. She likes to be paid in fuss, biscuits and apples. Favourite

can normally be found.
